Former Minister of Foreign Affairs

Salaheddin Al-Bashir is the Founder and Managing Partner of IBLAW –  one of the largest law firms in Jordan. Dr al-Bashir has held several government ministerial posts since 2001 including Justice and Trade and Industry. He was Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2007-2009 and served as a Senator in the Upper House of Jordan’s Parliament until 2011. Dr al-Bashir is a graduate of the University of Jordan and Harvard Law School. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from McGill University in Canada.
