Sameh Seif-Elyazal is a former army general. He joined the Egyptian military in 1965 and has participated in two wars with Israel. General ElYazal has worked in Egypt’s embassies in the United Kingdom and North Korea. Since retiring from the military he has been working as a security expert giving advice and participating in discussions with local and international media organisations.
