Mustafa Kamel El Sayed

Mustafa Kamel El Sayed is a professor of political science and the Director of the Centre for the Study of Developing Countries at Cairo University.  Professor El Sayed has taught at Harvard University and at the University of California Los Angeles. He is a member of the Egyptian Human Rights Organisation.
