Tunisia Director, Human Rights Watch
Amna Guellali is a Researcher in the Middle East and North Africa Division at Human Rights Watch. Her specialist countries are Tunisia and Algeria where she investigates human rights abuses. Before joining Human Rights Watch she worked as an analyst at the International Criminal Court in the Hague. Prior to that she was a legal officer at the International Committee of the Red Cross in Tunis. She has a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
