The New Arab Debates are about to launch an exciting, second season – this time in Arabic as well as English – with a significant increase in our reach across the region.
Award-winning presenter Tim Sebastian will continue to moderate the English debate. But he’ll now be joined by the popular, Egyptian TV presenter Mai El Sherbiny who will moderate the Arabic version. Same motion – different speakers and audience.
Mai is widely known to television audiences in the Arab world. She was one of Al-Arabiya’s main news anchors for four years (2002-2006, based in Dubai). She also presented “90 Minutes”, one of the three highest-rated current affairs talk shows in Egypt.
