Musa Shteiwi

Dr. Musa Shteiwi is the Director of the Centre for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan. He holds a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Cincinnati in the United States of America. He is a Sociologist with 17 years of experience in teaching at the University of Jordan where he used to teach in the Gender Studies and the Human Rights and Development programmes. He has advised governments, the United Nations and other international bodies. Dr. Shteiwi has published papers and books on development, social policy, poverty, civil society and political parties.
